What Makes This Team Tick? Effective Team Relationships
When you think of a team, many people think of a group of people who go to work, stick together and work collectively on every project day in day out. When in reality teams are a network of interdependent relationships and it is the effectiveness of these relationships that makes the difference between a group of people trying to work together and a really successful team.
During this team development workshop the world-renowned Strength Deployment Inventory ® is used to help improve individual awareness of effective team relationships, which is a key driver of company performance. It provides delegates with a revealing insight into the motivations, behaviours and dynamics that build and erode work group relationships and performance.
