Team Builder - For new teams
Team Builder Accelerates the journey from a group of individuals to a focused team emphasising the message that “Together Everyone Achieves More” and as a team they:
- Work with more commitment
- Co-operate
- Are open with each other
- Support and help each other
- Know and exploit, each others strengths
- Know and compensate for each others’ weaknesses
The reason for this behaviour is that they start to see the team as a source for psychological and personally motivational rewards.
Who is it suitable for?
New or newly established teams or teams who have had gone through changes or are having problems in certain areas.
Example Event Aims
This workshop can impact at a number of levels and areas dependent on the maturity of the team and the teams perceived immediate needs. The following are examples of typical areas for team growth.
- To understand the differences between a team and a work group and the transition journey to becoming a high performing team.
- Review past difficulties and successes
