Initial Meeting and Proposal.
Our partnership approach is aimed at helping you achieve your business goals and objectives through your people. To achieve this one of our consultants will meet with you to fully understand your business, the work your people do, your main business objectives, the issues and challenges you face and to identify your needs and expectations. Only then can we produce a proposal of a development programme which outlines our recommended methodology, the timescales and investment required.
Design and Delivery
Once the proposal has been agreed and any amendments made, Wessex will then work with relevant stakeholders to design and deliver a personalised programme, which fits in with your organisational culture and learning styles of the participants.
We can deploy a variety of creative methods to ensure that our programmes are challenging, insightful, enjoyable and that the delivery appeals to all learning styles, ultimatley resulting in sustained development. Follow-up Meetings and Post Event Learning Consolidation
To sustain positive changes back in the workplace we will evaluate and report on outcomes from the programme and discuss with you any next steps and on-going support.
