Coaching For Performance Improvement
Core Learning Objectives
- Participants will be ready and able to coach a member of their team to an agreed performance standard over a period of two to three months and achieve a successful outcome
- Identify their own coaching style and the appropriate style to adopt for each individual
- Assess individuals current levels of competence and job suitability
- Identify performance gaps and set realistic performance goals
- Identify and resolve technical, tactical and basic psychological performance development needs
Post Workshop Development
One month after the workshop each delegate will receive a two hour coaching and progress review session with the workshop facilitator to ensure the successful transfer of learning to a live situation.
Three months after the workshop a one day learning consolidation workshop to review the successful conclusion to the delegates first coaching assignment and maintain the motivation to coach.
